Security Coordinator

We are growing and are now looking for a security coordinator who wants to be the hub of our organization. With us, you will have a central role in creating structure, service, and a well-functioning everyday life – allowing the business to focus fully on our customers and assignments within security and personnel safety.

About the Role

As a security coordinator at Recway, you will have a broad and important role with responsibility for both administration, coordination, and support to the organization. Your main tasks include:

• Ensuring that the office environment is well-organized, pleasant, and functional
• Conducting reference checks and background checks
• Managing daily administrative tasks such as order registration, invoice documentation, and follow-up
• Administering and following up on time reports and invoice documentation
• Being a contact point via switchboard and email
• Coordinating office services, mail, couriers, and deliveries
• Inventory and be responsible for purchasing office supplies and consumables
• Supporting in meeting bookings, internal activities, and various internal projects
• Providing administrative support to colleagues in delivery, sales, and management

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of documented experience in administration, service, or coordination. You are structured, meticulous, and take responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed correctly and on time.

We would like you to have:

• Experience as an administrator, office coordinator, accounting assistant, or similar role
• Familiarity with working with invoices, time reporting, and administrative flows
• Comfort with the Office suite and digital tools such as Teams and OneDrive
• Professional communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• The ability to build trust and good relationships, both internally and externally

Desirable Experience

• Experience in organizing internal meetings, workshops, or staff activities
• Experience working in environments where structure, service, and confidentiality are crucial
• Previous work in security-related operations or regulated environments
